Do you design and operate sports trips, training camps or nature tours? Walden Aventure can introduce your trips to a community of runners and adventurers in North America and Europe.

We distribute your trips under the Walden Aventure brand, selling directly to our clients. You stay in charge of your operations on the ground. We take care of marketing, sales and the relationship with travellers before departure.

Are you a coach, guide or athlete who dreams of taking your community running at the foot of a volcano, at altitude or on the trails, close to home or on another continent? You have the idea, the expertise and the group. What you are missing is the framework.

In many countries, selling travel is regulated by law and reserved for licensed travel agencies. Walden Aventure carries your project under its official Québec licence: you focus on what you do best, and we take care of the rest.

Your compensation is agreed from the outset, based on your role in designing and leading the trip.

Frequently asked questions

Who sells the trip to participants?

Walden Aventure. Bookings, contracts and payments go through our agency, under our Québec licence. This protects travellers and relieves you of that responsibility.

Do I need an existing community to propose a trip?

It helps, but it is not a requirement. A strong project can also find its place in our own programme.

Will the trip carry my name?

Yes. Trips designed with creators showcase the person who leads them. Your name and your approach are part of the experience.

Do you work with agencies outside Québec?

Yes, all over the world, as long as the trip suits our sporty clientele and our values.

How long does it take to launch a trip?

Generally allow 6 to 12 months between the first conversation and departure, depending on the destination.

Who looks after participants if something unexpected happens?

We define roles together before departure. Walden Aventure remains your safety net: insurance, assistance and customer service.
